Finally!

That last post was a little negative, but I’m a Boston sports fan and we’ve all got chips on our shoulders. This championship was a long time coming—this is the first Super Bowl win ever for the Patriots, and there hasn’t been a championship team in Boston since the Celtics in ’86. Forget that it was one of the biggest upsets in sports history, that was just an amazing football game, one of the greatest Super Bowls ever. The Patriots will open a new stadium next season as defending NFL champions. Today, New England fans are celebrating. The victory parade starts at noon on Tuesday.

    Hey, after waking up at 5.30am to watch cricket yesterday morning, the Superbowl kept me up til 3am this morning.

    That’s some tribute to the sporting occasion.
