		<description>Absolutely. When I installed, I think it was the Gator app which tried to hitch a ride with the KaZaA client, but unchecking the box protected me from their junk. I did read that those apps were recently being installed even after people unchecked that box (was that KaZaA?), but I'm sure that's been fixed by now. All in all, KaZaA is like Napster on steroids. Whatever solutions the music industry comes up with will pale in comparison, and are doomed before they start.</description>
